- CHANGES: Also FREE!. You only need to ask for it at our CHANGES AND RETURNS page, and we'll contact you to send the forwarder, that will pick up the old size and deliver the new at the same time.
- RETURNS: If the item you received is not good for you, or you don't like it, of course you can return it, and we refund your money without questions. We send the forwarder to pick it up FOR FREE, you don't pay absolutely nothing. You can also ask for it at our CHANGES AND RETURNS page.
OTHER COUNTRIES AND AREAS:
- Shipping, changes and returns countries and areas other than peninsular Spain and Portugal has a cost..
- SHIPPING: For deliveries to any country, you'll be able to see the exact shipping rates at the shopping cart, before you pay anything. Shipments are done by urgent postal services from each country, with delivery at your home.
- CHANGES AND RETURNS: The cost for a change or return to any country other than Spain and Portugal is, the same shipping cost you paid for the order, in the case of returns (you pay the return shipping by your own means), plus the new shipping cost in the case of size changes.
