At Bouttye, all shipments, size changes and returns are FREE for Spain and Portugal mainlands.

For other countries, there is no trouble in returning or changing anything. Please keep on reading:

SPAIN and PORTUGAL  (mainlands):

  • SHIPPING: Completely FREE through Nacex urgent forward agency. Usually arrives in 2-3 days.
  • CHANGES: Also FREE!. You only need to ask for it at our EXCHANGE AND RETURNS PAGE, and we'll contact you to send the forwarder, that will pick up the old size and deliver the new at the same time.
  • RETURNS: If the item you received doesn't fit, or you don't like it, of course you can return it, and we refund your money without questions. We send the forwarder to pick it up FOR FREE, you don't pay absolutely nothing. You can also ask for it at our EXCHANGE AND RETURNS PAGE.

OTHER COUNTRIES AND AREAS:

  • Shipping, changes and returns to countries and areas other than peninsular Spain and Portugal has some cost.

  • SHIPPING: For deliveries to any other country, you'll be able to see the exact shipping rates at the shopping cart, before you pay anything. Shipments are done by urgent postal services from each country, with delivery at your home.

  • EXCHANGE AND RETURNS: The cost for a change or return to any country other than Spain and Portugal is, the same shipping cost you paid for the order, in the case of returns (you pay the return shipping by your own means), plus the new shipping cost in the case of size changes. If the size doesn't fit you, or you don't like the item, and you want to change or return it, you only need to ask for it at our EXCHANGE AND RETURNS PAGE.
