You should have received your order, and it hasn't arrived yet? Don't worry at all. We are here to help you. You'll see how we fix it right away!

• In the email you received when you did your order, there's a reference code. It is letters in capitals. Note it down so you have it at hand.
• Go to MY ACCOUNT, and then to ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS.
• There you can a list of all your orders, with its current status.
• Click on the order to see the details (look at the code you noted before to identify the order).
• an order details, you'll find a link that leads you to the carrier tracking for that exact shipment.
• Close to the end, you'll see a part that reads TRACKING NUMBER, like this in the image:

• Click on that link, and it will lead you to the forwarder site, where you'll see with more detail where is your parcel.
