What are the payment methods available?

You can pay by:
- Credit/debit card.
- Paypal.
- Bank wire transfer.
- Cash on delivery (Spain and Portugal peninsular, and Balearic Islands).
- Lusopay (Portugal)

Is it seccure to use my card at your shop?

Sure! We believe that your personal information is vital for you. We comply with the international data protection standard, so your personal data and credit card info is safe from unauthorized access. In fact we do not store credit card data. Payments are done directly by secure payment gateways from Paypal or banking enitites.

You site has a seccure conection?

Yes. Our site counts on Secuer Socket Layer on all pages. Specially in payment pages.

Do prices include taxes?

Yes. All prices are displayed with and include VAT Spain tax, applicable to EU countries. However, if in your country it doesn't apply, you won't be charged that in the shopping cart. You can check this before paying. It also applies to shipping cost.

What is a discount voucher?

A discount voucher is an alphanumeric code by which you can access to an special discount, both general or personal.That code is input in the shopping cart just before paying.

How can I know my shoe size?

If you have any doubt about your shoe size, you can always meassure your feet to know it. For that, you can use the method explained in the help section.

How can I find a shoe by type, color or size?

You can just search for "pump", 'boots', or whatever you need in the search box at the top of the page.

You can also use the category, size or color filters that you'll find on the left column once you are in a category.

General Questions

Is my order delayed because of stock?

Only if you want. If ocasionally we have any stock breakdown, we'll contact you to explain. You'll be able to choose if you want to wait, make a change, or cancel your order and get your money back.

Does Bouttye has physical stores?

No. Bouttye only sells online. Our physical facilities are offices and warehouses.

Where is Bouttye?

Our facilities are located in the well known shoemaking city of Elche, in Alicante province, Spain.

How can can I know if it's really safe to buy at Bouttye?

At Bouttye we really worry about our clients data. That's why we have the technology to encrypt the information you fill in our site, so nobody can steal your data.

Just check the green padlock icon in your browser URL box, so you can check our site is safe and our SSL/HTTPS protocol is working.

We do not store credit cards information, nor we send emails asking you to validate your personal information. This way there are not any data which could be stolen. This is the best way to preserve your privacy!

Shipments

How much does shipment cost?

Depends on when and to where.

We sometimes have free shipping offers, usually for Peninsular Spain and Portugal.

If we don't have such offers active for your country, you'll be able to check the exact shipping cost at the shopping cart, once you have entered your address data. All this happens always before order confirmation, so you can decide.

At our TERMS AND CONDITIONS section there is a chart with all shipping data.

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are usually processed in 24-48 working hours.

After that, the shipping time is 2-10 days, depending on the country. Again you can check the exact time for your country in our TERMS AND CONDITIONS section.

However please count that we only work with small workshops and factories. We may ocasionally have a little stock break. If so, we normally serve in 5-7 working days, always contacting you to let you know the details and letting you decide what to do (wait, change, cancel and money back...)

Shipments to peninsular Spain and Portugal are done by urgent forwarders/agencies, with delivery in 24-48 hours from the shipping time.

Shipments to any other country are done by postal services, with delivery in 2-10 working days, depending on the country.

Please notice that you must only count working days.

Do you need a SPECIAL SHIPMENT?

We want to offer you our BEST SERVICE, so if you need anything special, like a faster delivery, delivery on weeknds, at a sharp time, etc, let us know and we'll do the impossible for getting it.

These services are only available through our customer attention service.

I want to cancel my order. Till when can I?

Orders can be cancelled at any time unless it has been already shipped. You must count that if you have already paid, the refund can take a few days (it is not automatic). If you cancel an order that has been already sent, it is considered a return. For more info about returns go to the returns section, under the HELP section at the bottom of the site.

To where do you ship?

Worldwide. You can check your country at the country selection drop-down in the shopping cart.

If you don't find your country available, let us know by CUSTOMER SUPPORT and we'll activate it for you.

You ship to post office boxes?

No, we don't. Sorry for this.

Delivery

What if I'm not at home when they deliver my parcel?

In this case the agency or postal service will leave a notice telling you where you can pick it up, or to which phone number you can phone to arrange a new delivery.

Some forwarders do a second delivery attempt, leaving a second notice. The parcel will be for some days at their facilities (dependes on the forwarder). After a reasonable amount of days, if you don't pick it up or phone them, they'll return the parcel.

Only who did the order can receive it?

No. Any person properly identified can get the parcel. The forwarder will try to deliver at the exact address you indicated. If you missed any details (in example stree number, door, etc), it is up to the worker to ask for details to the neighboors or the keeper.

Do I need to sign to get the parcel?

Yes. No signature, no parcel. You must identify yourself with a valid ID document, name, surname, etc.

Order tracking

What is order tracking?

It is a system that enables you to know the status and localization of your order from whe ship it till you get it.

How do I know the tracking number for my order?

You'l get it by email when we ship your order.

How do I track my order?

EASY! go to the help section WHERE IS MY ORDER and there you'll find all the information.

Which is the forwarder?

We are working now with Nacex for Spain and Portugal (peninsular), and Balearic Islands in Spain.

For other countries and areas we work with Postal Services on each country.

Ocasionally we can change this and work with other forwarders. You'll always know that at the shopping cart when placing your order.

Changes and Returns

Changes

I don't like my purchased item. Can I change it?

Of course! You can return or exchange anything you buy at Bouttye.

I want to do a change. Does it cost something?

At Bouttye the first size change is ABSOLUTELY FREE for Peninsular Spain and Portugal. You only need to ask for the change, and we arrange it. The forwarder will deliver the new size and pick up the old one at the same time.

If you are in other country or area, you must pay the shipping cost for both the new delivery and the return. if you need more information about this, please contact us at CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

How do I change something?

Please go to our CHANGES AND RETURNS PAGE to read the procedure. It is easy.

How long do I have to do a change?

You have 15 days since you get the order delivered. Later than that it is not possible to do changes.

In which conditions should I send the product I want to change?

  1. The product is returned in perfect condition, without having been used beyond beyond the mere verification of the good condition and operation of it.
  2. The product has not suffered any damage due to improper use.
  3. The product is in the same conditions in which it was delivered: keeping both its original box and all the initial content of the same (accessories or promotional material).
  4. Conservation of the original packaging. This is part of the product price. Consequently, in case the product is not returned in its original package (accesories, labels or promotional elements it may contain), the good will suffer a depreciation.

In the event of breach of any of the above requirements, we will understand that the product has suffered a depreciation for the following items:

  1. Shipping box: 5€
  2. Any other element contained in the box: 3€ (accesories, labels or promotional material): 3€

Orders that have benefited from a purchase promotion as now 2x1, or a gift item, must be returned in full to receive the refund.

Returns

I don't like something I bought. Can I return it?

Of course! You can return or exchange anything you buy at Bouttye.

A return cost me some money?

No, in the case of factory defects or our mistakes.

Returns in peninsular Spain and Portugal are very easy and FREE. You just need to contact us, so we arrange a pick-up with our forwarder, completely FREE for you.

In other countries and areas, you must send the item by your means and pay the shipment.

How long takes my refund?

Bouttye does refunds within 5 days after getting your bank data. National transfers (Spain) take up to 48-72 hours. For other countries and areas, according to the international banking rules.

How do I return something?
