Do you want to do an exchange or a return?

Here we go! At Bouttye, exchanges and returns are very easy. You also have 365 days to return a product if you don't like it. Yes, you read right: 1 YEAR! No questions and no hassles. And we refund your money!

If you also live in Spain or Portugal mainlands, both changes and returns are FREE, super-easy and very very  fast, because we take care of sending you our forwarder to pick up the item you return.

And if it is an exchange, our express transport agency will deliver your new item at the same time that it picks up the one you return (Spain and Portugal mainlands). It couldn't be easier!

  • Go to MY ACCOUNT, and then to ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS.
  • There you can see the current status for all your orders.
  • Once there, select the order you want to change or return.
  • Then select the article/s you want to change or return.
  • Please let us know your comments or reasons for the CHANGE or RETURN, and clic in MAKE AN RMA SLIP.
  • We'll contact you to arrange it.

And if you mess yourself, don't worry about anything! We are here all the time to help you delighted.
