I want to do a change or a return..

If you already are a REGISTERED CLIENT:

  • Go to MY ACCOUNT, and then to ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS.
  • There you can see the current status for all your orders.
  • Once there, select the order you want to change or return.
  • Then select the article/s you want to change or return.
  • Please let us know your comments or reasons for the CHANGE or RETURN, and clic in MAKE AN RAM SLIP.
  • We'll contact you to arrange it.
If you did your order as GUEST:
  • Click here para ir a GUEST ORDER TRACKING.
  • Fill-in your order number and the email address of your purchase.
  • Click on SEND.
  • There you'll see all the information about your order and your account.
  • At the bottom, under the line TO GET MORE ADVANTAGES, you can fill-in a password, and by clicking on SEND, you'll turn your gest account into a client account.
  • Then you can follow the above steps for registered clients.
