If you did your order as GUEST:
- Go to MY ACCOUNT, and then to ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS.
- There you can see the current status for all your orders.
- Once there, select the order you want to change or return.
- Then select the article/s you want to change or return.
- Please let us know your comments or reasons for the CHANGE or RETURN, and clic in MAKE AN RAM SLIP.
- We'll contact you to arrange it.
- Click here para ir a GUEST ORDER TRACKING.
- Fill-in your order number and the email address of your purchase.
- Click on SEND.
- There you'll see all the information about your order and your account.
- At the bottom, under the line TO GET MORE ADVANTAGES, you can fill-in a password, and by clicking on SEND, you'll turn your gest account into a client account.
- Then you can follow the above steps for registered clients.
